By accessing or using Poultz, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

2. About Poultz

Poultz is a poultry operations intelligence platform developed and operated by Zonixsoft Pvt. Ltd.

The platform is designed to support poultry businesses with operational management, including farm and flock management, feed tracking, inventory management, medicine records, sales, dispatch operations, reporting and related business workflows.

3. Eligibility

To use Poultz, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal authority to act on behalf of the individual or organization using the Services.
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• Your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations.

4. User Accounts

Certain features of Poultz require the creation of an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
• Restricting access to your account.
• All activities occurring under your account.
• Promptly notifying Poultz of any suspected unauthorized access or security breach.

Poultz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Poultz is a software platform and does not provide legal, financial, veterinary, agricultural or regulatory advice.

8. Subscription and Payment

Certain Poultz services may require paid subscriptions.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Fees are payable according to the selected plan.
• Applicable taxes may be charged where required by law.
• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
• Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Special commercial terms provided through proposals, quotations or agreements shall take precedence over these Terms where applicable.

9. Platform Availability

Poultz aims to provide reliable and continuous service; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

• Internet connectivity issues
• Security incidents
• Third-party service disruptions
• Force majeure events

We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue features as necessary.

Poultz is not responsible for the performance, availability or policies of third-party services.

Your use of such services may also be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.

All rights, title and interest in Poultz, including:

• Source code
• User interfaces
• Branding
• Logos
• Documentation
• Content
• Technology and platform architecture

remain the exclusive property of Zonixsoft Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership of any intellectual property rights to users.

12. Feedback

If you submit suggestions, ideas, feedback or enhancement requests regarding Poultz, you grant Zonixsoft Pvt. Ltd. the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation.

13. Confidentiality

Users agree not to disclose confidential or proprietary information relating to Poultz, including non-public features, technical details, business processes or documentation obtained through access to the Services.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Poultz, Zonixsoft Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, partners and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• Data loss
• Loss of revenue
• Operational disruptions

arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Services.

In all cases, the total liability of Poultz shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poultz disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Availability
• Accuracy
• Reliability

We do not guarantee that:

• The Services will be error-free.
• The Services will be uninterrupted.
• Reports or analytics will be free from inaccuracies caused by incorrect user data.

16. Suspension and Termination

Poultz may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Fees remain unpaid.
• Unauthorized or harmful activity is detected.
• Continued access presents a security risk.
• Required by law or government order.

Upon termination, access to the Services may be removed and data may be retained or deleted in accordance with applicable laws, customer agreements and retention policies.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zonixsoft Pvt. Ltd., its officers, employees, partners and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Violation of applicable laws.
• Infringement of third-party rights.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jammu & Kashmir, India.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, legal obligations or technology.

Updated versions will be published on the Poultz website together with the revised effective date.

Continued use of the Services after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
